Once purchased, please email aryn@aryngraves.com with a high quality photo of your pet. It is recommended that photos be taken straight on and in good lighting, especially if the animal has a darker fur color.
*Please keep in mind, 5x7in portraits do NOT come with a tracking number and will be sent in a calligraphed envelope, not shipped.
*Does not come in a frame. It will arrive in a cellophane bag with a cardboard backer.
*Since these are made-to-order, custom portraits, once purchased there will be no refund.
